We are looking for someone who naturally makes things happen, is great with people and loves working in fast-paced dynamic workplaces. About Build Px We are an emerging business, started by our founder last year we have grown to a team of 6 and we have big plans to more than double our size this year and grow multiple businesses within the business. We are looking for the implementor to work alongside our Visionary Founder to make things happen and be part of our HR services team working with clients and their people. What We Do We work with small and medium-sized businesses across Australia with a number of HR and Business-related services including:

  • Outsourced HR
  • Recruitment as a Service
  • Training and Development programs
  • Strategy and workshops
  • Traditional Recruitment (% placements) + Temps
  • Executive Search

We are currently in the process of creating different brands for each offering with the intention of each growing into their own businesses in the future. We work with businesses across Australia and have retained clients in Vic, NSW, Qld and are planning to expand to WA, SA and NZ in the coming 12-18 months. What We Are Looking For Our founder is a visionary personality type, naturally strategic thinker, with lots of ideas, big plans and lots of things to achieve to get there. We need an implementor, someone who is great at taking ideas and making them happen, ensuring they are executed. Our founder is opening neurodiverse, Dyslexic and ADHD, so we are looking for someone who can enable her to focus on her strengths and grow the business, whilst you bring the more detail-orientated and execution skills. Perfect role for a more operations/delivery minded person. You will also be working in the business, assisting with managing and servicing clients across both HR and recruitment functions. If you have no experience here, that is ok you just need an interest, and we will teach you. All you need is an eagerness to learn, a willingness to give it a go and be proactive in researching and learning on the job. We work with professionals; Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, Buildiers across the property industry across Australia. This is a fast-paced dynamic industry where things change daily. Be professional services focused, we are looking for someone who understands our clients think in time is money. Our job is to make their job easy and take load off them and ensure they feel we have it in hand and are ontop of things, ie they should never need to follow up. Proactive communication and the ability to manage multiple things at once and get things done is a must. As we offer a service we also think about achieving things in the most effective manner - achieving great results in little time. We are looking for a highly effective professional, who ideally has experience working in professional services, consulting or pojrect based environments and understands the fast-paced dynamics of such workplaces. Whilst this is a HR role, we are looking for a more PA/operations style person, someone who thinks ahead, fills in the gaps, like making people happy by making things happen. We can teach you the HR and Recruitment, but you do need have a interest in this as you will become an HR Consultant under our HRD’s guidance. It would be great if you have worked in or have family who run small businesses, grow up on the land or at least enjoy working with small business owners and understand the pressured of doing it all that they have. Location and Hours: We are a remote-first business, which means you can work from anywhere. Ideally, you live within a 2-hour commute by train to the CBD to attend clients’ offices once a month and are happy to attend an evening event from time to time. Setup: ideally you will have a suitable home office (or private space) setup with a proper office setup; desks, a computer and 2 screens so you can interview and meet with clients online. Hours

  • Ideally School Hours: 8/9 am to 2/3 pm
  • 4 to 5 days a week
  • With one longer day per week 9 to 5 pm with the ability to attend client’s offices in CBD and evening events from time to time

We also offer you the ability to flex hours as needed and potentially take 6 to 8 weeks off if needed, especially over school holiday periods (especially over Dec-Jan). How To Apply
