In the Employee Experience Generalist role, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve this goal. YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF:

  • You have at least 2-3 years of prior HR/People Ops work experience, preferably in a software company and/or with a global workforce.
  • You have a love of learning, a willingness to try new things, and you don’t shy away from a challenge.
  • You are an outside-the-box thinker. Just because that’s the way it’s always been done, doesn’t mean we have to do it that way.
  • You are a self-starter capable of recognizing what needs to get done, developing a plan, and executing.
  • You thrive on developing processes to make things run more efficiently and you have an eye for detail.
  • You can be successful working independently and aren’t afraid to take initiative – including with your own career growth and development.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness and the sensitivity to handle confidential information.
  • You believe that inclusivity and belonging are essential components of creating a great company culture.
  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree (in any subject area). Not a hard requirement, but preference may be given to candidates with greater educational experience.
  • You get excited about making people’s work lives better.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Own the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding experience for a world-wide team.
  • Talent Engagement – Create and support company initiatives to engage, recognize, and reward talent.
  • Employee Liaison – Provide information, answer questions, and advise employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Event Planning – Plan company events and social engagement opportunities including company retreat. Responsible for employee outreach and vendor coordination and management.
  • Benefits Management – Assist with benefits administration including enrollment, coordinating with benefits brokers and partners, and supporting employees by answering inquiries and providing guidance.
  • HR Recordkeeping & Project Coordination – Maintain the HR systems of record and update as needed. Handle other HR-related projects on an as needed basis.
