About the Role

As our AP/Payroll Officer, you'll play a vital role in our financial operations by managing accounts payable and payroll functions daily. You will ensure accurate data entry, timely payments, and financial accuracy while collaborating with team members across departments internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate AP data entry and reconcile transactions.
• Process timely vendor payments and resolve inquiries.
• Prepare and manage international payroll, including tax calculations.
• Execute GL and cost centre coding for expense allocation.
• Maintain accurate records for accounts payable and payroll transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and compliance.

About You

You are detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong background in accounts payable and payroll functions, ideally internationally. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled in managing multiple priorities. Your expertise in financial software and reporting will make you an invaluable part of our team.

Further to that, our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in accounts payable and payroll, preferably in an international context.
• Strong understanding of GL and cost center coding practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of international payroll tax regulations is a plus.
