Remote Part-Time Customer Service Agent Opportunity

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Everyday Dose is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative. This entry-level role is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through email and chat.
  • Manage customer orders efficiently.
  • Use available tools and resources to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Develop personalized responses to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle customer queries with accuracy, and attention to detail.

We're Looking For:

  • A dynamic individual with a passion for customer satisfaction and e-commerce.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative remote environment.
  • Someone with empathy who can genuinely understand customer concerns and address them with kindness and effectiveness.
  • Quick problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Someone engaged with the company and willing to take ownership by flagging issues proactively.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Gmail).

Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced remote work environment.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Immediate Availability
  • Available working from 7 PM CEST plus a rotating weekend shift 
  • Living in Germany or Portugal.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in remote or distributed work environments.
  • Experience in fields such as sales, technical support, or administration involving customer interaction.
