• Develop a comprehensive Social Media Strategy: Formulate and execute an engaging social media plan across essential platforms, including Online Newsletters and LinkedIn.
• Data-Driven Planning: Leverage analytics to craft strategies that improve engagement rates and foster follower growth.
• Content Creation: Produce insightful content that highlights our consulting proficiency, particularly in supporting family-owned businesses and empowering women in the workplace.
• Copywriting and Graphic Design: Create persuasive copy, produce compelling graphics, manage the content publishing schedule, and ensure timely postings.
• Analytics Reporting: Evaluate audience growth and engagement metrics, and share insights with the team.

Required Skills

• Profound understanding of social media dynamics, particularly in Newsletter curation and LinkedIn.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and proficiency in design tools, including Canva.
• Awareness of current trends and changes within the social media landscape.
• Innovative thinker capable of devising creative strategies to engage audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical and detail-oriented approach, with an emphasis on accuracy and thorough fact-checking.
• Previous experience with social media analytics; knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous.
