Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Hartford Advisers. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Experience and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
