Human Resources Business Partner

Building great relationships is key, as is the ability to communicate and work effectively with managers and deliver credible, pragmatic solutions.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Partnering with a specific area of the business to build great relationships with managers, coaching them and providing support and ideas to better equip them to develop their people
• Advise and support managers on a variety of activities such as engagement, change, retention and culture
• Upskilling managers to work with the specific CoE’s to make great people decisions
• Create and embed new ways of working to support the growth and development of employees and line managers
• Work with line managers to deliver innovative and tailored initiatives across the full people spectrum to include; workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
• ​Lead and support with key people projects; ensuring they are well communicated and ensure they land with impact
• Use data and insights to drive improvements in people performance and the overall ‘employee experience’
• Experience of TUPE, managing pay queries and job evaluation would be high advantageous, but not essential
• Have an excellent understanding of policies and employment law changes to be able to advise and make changes as required

Salary to 45k plus bens.
