Job Description - Personal Assistant
Based in Malta. Full-time. Remote with flexibility.
We are seeking a highly organized Full-Time Personal Assistant to support a Business Co-founder in managing personal errands and tasks. This role calls for effective communication and excellent command of Maltese and English are required. Please note that this role does not involve office/business management responsibilities.
What you’ll be doing:Personal Assistance:
- Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping, organizing and other day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate household management tasks, including liaising with service providers and contractors.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Project Management:
- Conduct research and gather information as required for various tasks and projects.
Financial Administration:
- Process invoices and track payments.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent Maltese and English proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience opening bank accounts will be prefered.
- Experience dealing with home developers and decorators is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
