Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an E-commerce Manager at Agora HR Agency Group. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's entire e-commerce operations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, monitoring website performance and user experience, managing product listings, handling online sales activities, and working closely with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales. The role also involves analyzing data to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and tools
- Experience in Sales and Marketing within the e-commerce domain
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and achieving sales targets
