Visual Designer

Our client, a forward-thinking software development company, is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead a website refresh aimed at transforming their customer experience. This role focuses on enhancing visual appeal, optimizing user engagement, and increasing conversions while staying true to their established brand identity. If you’re a creative problem-solver with a passion for designing stunning, user-friendly websites, we’d love to see your portfolio! You Will:

• Evaluate the entire website holistically and propose ideas to elevate the customer experience
• Enhance the visual appeal of the website, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the project lead and development team
• Optimize the design to improve user engagement, including time spent on pages and conversion rates
• Collaborate on ideas for growth-driven design, prioritizing user-centric solutions

You Have:

• Ample experience designing content rich websites and a portfolio showcasing your work with similar projects
• Experience designing within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• A strong understanding of user-centric design principles
• The ability to work independently and adapt to project needs
• Strapi experience is a huge plus

Logistics:

• Projected Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 2 weeks to start but will extend depending on the candidates work. Project could take a few months to complete.
• Hours/Week: Flexible hours. Meetings will take place M-F between 9 - 12:30 PM EST with the team. Then you will be able to work during your own hours to complete the work.
• Onsite/offsite: Fully remote, ETS hours preferred
• Laptop/Program Requirements: You will have to work on your own laptop with your own software tools
• Reporting to: Creative Producer and Creative Director
