Job Overview:
We're looking for a creative Designer to join our marketing team, mainly focusing on patient acquisition for Dreem Health, our digital sleep clinic. We have to say, we're excited about this role. We're strong believers in design, and we know first-hand the positive impact of simplifying complex health information; and how design can bring warmth, reassurance, and optimism to those suffering from poor sleep.
As our designer, you'll be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, ads and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining our brand identity. You'll work closely with the sales, performance marketing, brand marketing, partnerships, and product teams to help bridge the gap between us and those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital ads for various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) focusing on visually engaging and conversion-driven content.
- Create and optimize landing pages for patient acquisition campaigns aimed at converting visitors into patients.
- Develop and design user-friendly mobile applications for patients and create intuitive web applications tailored for both patients and healthcare providers.
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, email templates) that support sales and marketing efforts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity while evolving the brand identity to stay current and appealing to the target audience.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align design efforts with overall campaign and business goals.
- Participate in creative strategy and campaign planning to ensure creative concepts are aligned with campaign objectives.
- Use data to refine design strategies and improve performance.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within a marketing team or agency setting.
- Design Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience in UI/UX design for landing pages, with proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of animation and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Web & Digital Marketing Knowledge:
- Experience designing ads for performance marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Strong understanding of CRO principles and landing page design optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user experience, and understanding of key metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Efficient project management and multitasking abilities
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health industries is a plus.
