Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Scheduler at Bahamas Sotheby's International Realty. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating schedules for real estate agents, and maintaining organized records. Day-to-day tasks include confirming and rescheduling meetings, communicating with clients to ensure timely responses, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the team efficiently.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with office software and organizational tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Customer service experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent.
