What You Will Be Doing

• Discovering trends in student reading and writing data with AI, and turning these insights into innovative strategies that redefine English language teaching and literary analysis.
• Developing AI-driven tools that cater to individual learning preferences, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary building engaging, and literary analysis accessible for all student levels.
• Creating dynamic learning pathways that adapt in real-time, guiding students from phonics to interpreting complex texts, ensuring each learner advances at an ideal pace.
• Working alongside a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to expand the limits of language education, directly influencing the educational journey of thousands of students.
• Converting classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate but also spark a love for reading and writing in students.

• Managing traditional English curriculums or dealing with administrative duties—this role focuses on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction within our accelerated model.
• Working alone—you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team advancing the boundaries of AI in English education.
• Concentrating solely on theory—every AI model you create will have a direct impact on how students comprehend and apply language skills in the real world, all within the 2 Hour Learning framework.

Learning Designer Key Responsibilities Lead measurable advancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-driven analysis and execution, demonstrating a twofold increase in skill mastery across various domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning model. Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with proven impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding skills in any programming language
• Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for tasks like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional environment
