Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Founders Associate to enhance the productivity of our founding team by managing a broad range of administrative, research, and project-based tasks. This role is ideal for a structured thinker who can seamlessly balance multiple projects, efficiently support founders in both professional and personal tasks, and proactively identify opportunities to add value. The Founders Associate will take ownership of diverse tasks, from investor relations to CRM management, helping optimize founders’ time for high-impact activities.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Personal Support
- Manage general administrative tasks, including personal requests from the founders and basic research. Where possible, outsource routine tasks to freelancers for efficiency.
- Maintain readily accessible certified copies of IDs, proof of address, and other essential documents for external requests on behalf of the founders.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct targeted research and present findings in an organized format, such as a comparison table for market options (e.g., company insurance plans, accounting firms).
- Support investor data requests, gather necessary documents, and create summaries to streamline reporting.
Project Support & Task Management
- Collaborate on diverse project management tasks, such as structuring a CRM for platform sales or implementing systematic outreach strategies.
- Participate in product rollout support, including tracking and managing vendor onboarding for new product launches.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Organize logistics for strategic sessions, including booking accommodation, venues, and entertainment.
- Maintain and update a CRM for investors, founders' networks, and strategic contacts.
Visa & Compliance Assistance
- Coordinate with external consultants on visa applications and ensure documentation is prepared and available for timely submissions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Strong academic background, ideally with a top university degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., math, physics).
- Experience: 1-2 years in a structured, fast-paced environment (e.g., experience as a Business Analyst at McKinsey or similar).
- Skills: Highly organized, structured, and comfortable working with numbers; excellent attention to detail and capable of creative problem-solving.
- Soft Skills: "Get things done" attitude, solution-oriented approach, and high standards in task execution.
- Work Style: Proactive, able to handle varied tasks and manage priorities across multiple small requests efficiently.
Cultural Fit: Someone who works effectively under pressure, is comfortable with long hours when needed, and can prioritize and respond quickly to a dynamic range of tasks.
