As a Dynamics CRM .NET Developer, you'll be instrumental in designing and delivering digital solutions that help streamline operations and enhance community services. This is a chance to work on meaningful projects that directly impact the daily experiences of people across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dynamics CRM Development:
  • Develop and maintain plugins (sync/async, pre/post create/update)
  • Build custom workflows, actions, and web resources (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Configure CRM forms, business rules, and model-driven apps
  • Integrate Power Automate/Flow to enhance system functionality
  • Manage virtual table data providers and complex external integrations
  • .NET & Microsoft Stack:
  • Write and maintain C# code across various .NET versions (from .NET 4.7.1 to .NET 8)
  • Develop Azure Functions and API integrations
  • Build console applications and handle impersonation scenarios
  • Set up and maintain DevOps pipelines with automated deployments
  • Microsoft Ecosystem Integration:
  • Work with Azure AD/B2C for robust authentication and access control
  • Support Power BI dashboards and SSRS reporting services
  • Facilitate integrations with SharePoint and Exchange Server
  • Utilize Jira for project tracking and Git for version control

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years, hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM development
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM security models (business units, teams, roles, record sharing)
  • Strong background in C#, Azure, and the broader Microsoft tech stack
  • Agile & Collaborative Approach:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment (daily stand-ups, 2-week sprints)
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external resources
  • Additional Valuable Skills:
  • Proficiency in debugging plugins and workflows
  • Familiarity with unit testing best practices
  • Experience with managed solutions, deployment strategies, and ALM processes
  • Knowledge of Power Automate exception handling and API integration techniques
