What You’ll Be DoingExecutive and Personal Support

  • Be the ultimate organizer—managing Julius’ schedule, travel plans, events, and commitments with precision and a proactive mindset.
  • Streamline everything as his gatekeeper, handling communications and correspondence to keep workflows seamless.
  • Negotiate and optimize deals and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial terms to final follow-up.

Logistical Coordination

  • Mastermind complex travel plans, from itineraries to accommodations and transportation.
  • Take the lead on events, meetings, and appearances, making sure everything goes off without a hitch.

Personal Finance Tasks

  • Keep the personal side of things in check, managing payments, subscriptions, and financial transactions with a sharp eye for detail.
