Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: National Position, United States.

Kane Selection Ltd is delighted to present an opportunity on behalf of a growing municipal and industrial equipment manufacturer. The company specialises in multi-functional municipal, industrial, and construction machinery. We seek a National Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, expand the dealer network, and manage a national team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Oversee and manage the national sales team, ensuring targets are met and growth objectives achieved.
  • Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and engage with potential new dealers while nurturing existing relationships to increase market penetration.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with the company's growth goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a national sales manager or in a similar role, ideally in construction equipment, municipal vehicles, or industrial machinery.
  • Strong experience working with and expanding dealer networks.
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities, with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use sales metrics and market data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Location and Work Arrangement:

This role offers flexible working arrangements, with remote or hybrid work options. Regular travel within the United States is required to meet dealers and manage the national sales team.
