Analyst Programmer (Melbourne Based)

KJR is looking for an analyst programmer. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant, fun organisation that understands quality starts with its people. • Analyse user requirements and design technical specifications aligned with project goals.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and ensure code compliance.
• Document code, technical processes, and user manuals for future reference.
• Work with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure) to implement, manage, and optimize applications.
• Manage and automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform and GitLab for CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving system designs and processes.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, managing user stories, testing, and technical deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Analyst Programmer or similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary & benefits

• Salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum including superannuation.
