Salary Range: $20-22 per hourSchedule: 10-month temporary part-time assignment.
Position Summary
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the Brand and Communications department in ensuring smooth project flow, consistent messaging, and efficient collaboration across internal teams and external partners. This temporary role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the Creative Manager in auditing and standardizing operational and transactional emails sent to customers.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to update, edit, and schedule email communications based on key milestones and dates.
- Ensure all projects move efficiently through the Communications process, adhering to established review timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor process adherence, manage workloads and prioritization with Directors, and escalate urgent or emergency requests as needed.
- Coordinate incoming project requests with external design agencies and freelance designers.
- Maintain a central repository of approved creative assets and an up-to-date image library.
- Track and report on monthly agency spending.
- Assist with managing deliverables for the Web Redesign Project.
Required Education / Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college, Associate Degree or equivalent preferred; and
- Minimum of one year experience in an office environment.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to break down projects into actionable tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience drafting and editing clear, succinct operational emails.
- Understanding of creative quality standards and ability to review materials for accuracy and consistency.
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking budgets and agency spending.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana preferred) and email marketing platforms.
