Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
