Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The role will involve frequent interaction with clients, onsite, at tradeshows and events, providing product demonstrations, and contributing to sales activities. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives. Travel required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, channel sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of the EV or power industry and related technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
  • Sales to fleets — transit, school, last-mile delivery — is a plus
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus
