About the Role

RedFlash Group is seeking a dynamic and highly organized remote Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with Account Managers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and recommend alternative actions as needed. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with creative/content developers and Account Managers to ensure projects are aligned with contract budgets and client needs
• Exercising high-level independent judgment to identify and address performance issues at the individual, task, and project levels, determining corrective actions and engaging relevant parties as necessary
• Providing the timely and on-budget completion of deliverables, adherence to acceptance criteria, and the dissemination of key learnings
• Fostering a collaborative and efficient project management environment within the company

Required Skills

The ideal candidate must:

• Be detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget
• Have demonstrated experience in resource management, financial oversight, and client communication
• Exhibit a high level of independent judgment, problem-solving skills, and diplomacy to navigate competing project, personnel, and client needs successfully
• Have the ability to develop and maintain strong personal and professional relationships with staff
• Have the capability to create and sustain an actionable project management ecosystem
• Be results-driven, passionate about project management, and capable of disseminating key learnings to contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary is competitive and based on job experience. Includes 401K and health, vision and dental insurance.
