Project / Program Manager Remote

Project / Program Manager – Remote We are looking for a Project / Program Manager who Provides support and/or leads teams through the Product Development Lifecycle process for the implementation of Storage products. Manages activities, resource capability, schedules, and budgets, and ensures cross-functional communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with cross-functional partners to identify and improve process and program efficiencies. Work can involve external parties such as standards bodies, partners, etc. This is a 40-hour-per-week, 10-month contract (possibility of extensions). This is a remote role. This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K offered.  Responsibilities: 

• Leads engineering development programs across multiple functions and project teams to ensure successful product or service implementation.
• Develops and manages project schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and critical deliverables while adjusting plans based on business analysis.
• Oversees project teams and internal partners, ensuring alignment with established goals and making necessary adjustments to meet product requirements.
• Communicates program progress and issues to stakeholders, collaborating with management to implement changes that enhance processes and resolve challenges.
• Drives innovation by integrating new technologies and quality initiatives into the Program Management Office.

Requirement: 

• Proficient in using project management tools to develop and monitor project outcomes effectively.
• Experienced in managing matrixed teams and communicating with stakeholders to achieve business results.
• Skilled in negotiating proposals and influencing senior management through clear, persuasive communication.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences or an Equivalent field
• PMP/PMI certification preferred
• 6-10 years of relevant experience
