Vanloq are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to support our clients service performance tracking, reporting, and process optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will analyze and improve service tracking mechanisms, develop automated reporting solutions, and streamline data management processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of service performance insights, driving efficiency, and supporting informed decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesService Performance Tracking:
- Develop and maintain reports to track key service performance metrics, including SLAs and service level penalties.
- Analyze service level data to ensure compliance with agreements and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate service performance tracking and reporting.
Process Development & Improvement:
- Design and implement processes to standardize and enhance the capture and reporting of service performance data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure alignment between service performance tracking processes and broader organizational goals.
Automation & Data Management:
- Develop and implement automated solutions for tracking and reporting, utilizing tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into service performance.
- Streamline data management processes to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate reports and visualizations that summarize service levels, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through detailed analysis of service performance data.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of reporting results to technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work with business and technical teams to define reporting requirements and ensure effective data utilization.
- Partner with teams to assess the impact of service level penalties and recommend corrective actions for performance improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Proven ability to automate data management processes and reporting to improve efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs), performance tracking, and associated penalties.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment independently.
Education & ExperienceEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience in creating and managing dashboards or automated reporting systems is highly desirable.
