About The Role Auto Glass Now is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our remote Sales Support Specialist team. Whether you're an experienced customer service professional or new to the field, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about delivering top-tier service. As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing quotes and estimates, booking appointments, and ensuring the highest standard of service delivery. You'll play a key role in making every customer feel confident in choosing Auto Glass Now for their auto glass needs. Location: Remote Compensation: $14.00 – $25.00/hour (based on location, experience, and skills) Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
• Create accurate estimates, quotes, and invoices for customers
• Manage appointment bookings and ensure all customer data is correct
• Respond to inbound customer calls and return messages promptly
• Maintain detailed documentation and follow-up as necessary
• Uphold a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred (required for experienced pay tier)
• Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Prior experience in a call center is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work from home
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
