Are you an experienced HR or employment services professional looking to take on a meaningful role? We're an international agency seeking a Head of Agency / Responsible Representative to support our operations and employment licensing in Czechia

What you'll do:

- Act as the official representative of our employment agency

- Ensure legal compliance and liaise with authorities

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, contracts, and employee relations

- Support training and development for internal staff

In order to meet compliant requirements for this opportunity you will have to have the following experience & skills:

- To be a resident of the Czechia

- You must hold a degree that was gained in Czechia

- Meets legal requirements to act as a responsible person of an employment agency

- Either:

• University degree + 2 years’ experience in an employment agency or Czech Labour Office
• OR
• Secondary diploma (“maturita”) + 5 years’ relevant experience
