**Consulting Experience:**

*   Leverage experience gained at a Big 4 accounting firm or Accenture to bring strong project management methodologies and best practices to the role. (PLUS)
*   Understand the unique challenges and regulatory environment of government and public sector organizations.
*   Be familiar with advanced compliance processes and security compliance requirements.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

*   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
*   MBA is a plus.
*   PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
*   Proven experience in IT program management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role.
*   Demonstrated knowledge of IT infrastructure and security concepts.
*   Experience working at a Big 4 accounting firm or Accenture is preferred.
