Sarah Di Lorenzo is a clinical nutritionist on Channel 7's Sunrise and bestselling author, changing lives with her passion for health and wellness.
Her 10:10 SDL Protein Bars are rapidly explanding, her brand is booming, and she needs an Executive Assistant to help take it to the next level.
We need an ultra-organised, fast-thinking superstar who can juggle marketing, operations, customer service and project management with a positive attitude and a drive for excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:- Marketing: Assist the Marketing Team with marketing campaigns, manage social media responses, creating content, and tracking analytics to grow Sarah’s brand.
- Operations: Keep things running smoothly by streamlining workflows, coordinating schedules, and handling business logistics.
- Customer Service: Deliver top-tier service, manage inquiries, and ensure Sarah's community feel valued and supported.
- Experienced Organiser: Handle emails, schedule meetings, and keep everything in check so Sarah can focus on her magic.
- Project Manager: Execute special projects, from book launches to product rollouts—keeping deadlines and goals on track.
- Event Extraordinaire: Help organise and coordinate Sarah's daily diary from speaking events, promotional activities, and brand collaborations.
- Research & Strategy: Stay ahead of trends, conduct market research, and provide insights to drive business growth and help grow the brand.

Tech-savvy with experience in digital marketing and project management tools.
What You Need:
- Preferred - a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar course.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a fast-paced business, wellness, retail or media environment).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, Canva, Xero, Excel Spreadsheet and Shopify.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A can-do attitude with a knack for making things happen!
