Strategy Consultant Banking (all genders)

As a Strategy Consultant Financial Services, you will support global banks, insurance companies and financial service providers in realigning their business strategies. You will design innovative consulting concepts, identify new business areas and create future-oriented growth and digital strategies. You will keep an eye on the market and bring organizations up to date with the latest technology by continuously dealing with future technologies such as AI, cloud and blockchain. In addition, you will analyze and optimize existing processes and products with regard to industry-specific requirements. You will deepen your specialist knowledge in the financial sector and work closely with financial service providers to promote sustainable cooperation.

• Develop innovative strategy concepts.
• You create convincing concepts for our customers and support them in reorienting their business. The focus is on digital transformation.
• Develop new business areas.
• You keep an eye on the market and identify new fields of activity for banks, insurance companies and financial service providers. You develop appropriate service models based on your analyses.
• Design organizational structures and post-merger integration.
• You help to reorganize organizational structures and integrate companies after mergers. You contribute your expertise and help design exciting projects.

We are looking forward to it

• You have completed a master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant subject area.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting or financial services.
• You are very familiar with new technologies and their impact on strategy development.
• You are characterized by an open-minded and communicative personality with a creative and innovative way of thinking.
• You cooperate excellently in a team and communicate convincingly in German and English.
