Title: Product Designer

Location: Remote (Must be UK based)

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 2 months – potential for extension due to staff leave backfill

Hourly Pay Rate: £42.79 - £47.60

Our client is on a mission to facilitate meaningful connections that bring individuals closer together. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing user experiences across their Large Screens and Trust teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects that emphasise privacy, accessibility, and overall user engagement for their messaging platform.

As a Product Designer, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces tailored for web and desktop applications.
  • Employ your experience with large screen environments to create impactful design solutions that cater to diverse user needs.
  • Advocate for privacy and accessibility standards in every phase of the design process, ensuring inclusivity for all users.
  • Leverage existing design systems to maintain coherence and consistency across various projects while driving innovation in design implementation.
  • Analyse complex problem spaces and apply your systems thinking to devise tailored design solutions that enhance user interaction.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting ideas clearly and engagingly to drive project initiatives forward.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, ensuring a user-centred approach throughout development cycles.
  • Work proactively, maintaining a collaborative spirit within your team, and fostering an environment conducive to creative problem-solving and teamwork.
