The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Customer Care Specialist to be the friendly face (or voice) of Bare Mum’s customer experience. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

You will play a key role in supporting our customers across multiple channels, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. From managing enquiries and resolving issues to working closely with our third-party logistics provider and improving our systems, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide omni-channel support (email, chat, and social media).
  • Resolve complaints and find solutions to problems with empathy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with our 3PL provider to ensure timely updates and resolution of order-related enquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about Bare Mum’s products and services to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and take initiative to implement them.
  • Work closely with other team members to share customer feedback and insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a highly organised approach to managing tasks.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and omni-channel support platforms is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and suggest improvements.
  • Passion for women’s health, wellbeing, and empowering mothers.
