The Role:

As our Director of Accounting & Finance, you’ll be the driving force behind our financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence and long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFOO), you’ll oversee financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning—playing a key role in shaping the financial future of Catapult.

What You’ll Do:Financial Operations & Oversight

• Lead all accounting and financial activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and financial regulations.
• Monitor financial health, manage cash flow, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee internal audits and tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and manage budgets aligned with organizational objectives.
• Analyze financial performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with the CFOO to drive financial strategies that fuel growth.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team, fostering professional development.
• Work cross-functionally to align financial processes with business objectives.
• Act as a key liaison for external financial partners, including auditors and investment managers.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned finance leader with 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• A strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial success and efficiency.
• A collaborative leader who inspires teams and fosters a culture of excellence.
• A tech-savvy financial expert, with experience in Sage Intacct and AvidXchange preferred.
• A CPA (required), with a Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
