Junior Performance Marketer
Common IntentJob Description
Posted on: January 18, 2025
At Common Intent, we imagine a world where business is used as a force for good, where the status quo is challenged, and where the future is centered in connection. Grown by word of mouth alone for the past six years, we’re a marketing agency that doesn’t do its own marketing because, for us, the best form of advertising is a happy client.
We believe that business has the power to change the world, which is why we champion companies that are shaking up their industries for the better, including Ultra Violette, Fluff, Smack Bang, Tulita and Cooke Swim, just to name a few.
Purpose driven clients + market-leading insights create a fast moving, fast learning environment we call our Common Intent. If that excites you, join us.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a passionate, self motivated and strategic Junior Performance Marketer to help grow our clients’ online presence and cut through in a crowded market. If you’re passionate about business being able to change the world, hold a holistic view of marketing as a full ecosystem (rather than focusing on individual parts), and have a hunger to learn and try new things, alongside working directly with clients each day, we’d love to hear from you.
You’re the type of person who rolls their eyes at discount codes as a way to “do marketing” and instead finds joy in thinking creatively and outside of the box as to how to connect with clients' ideal audiences.
This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with a background and understanding in marketing, who is passionate about working with brands challenging the status quo. You enjoy the challenge of multiple businesses, multiple niches and the similarities that join them together.
This position is full-time and remote, although applicants based in Victoria, Australia are preferred.
