Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Location: Remote Visa Status: GC, GC EAD, H1B Transfer, L2, H4 EAD, TN Experience: Minimum 10 years Job Description We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with at least 10 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in turning complex data into actionable business insights, with deep expertise in BI tools and technologies. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement BI solutions, and deliver reports and dashboards that support key business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement BI solutions that effectively communicate business insights to stakeholders across the organization.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business growth and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with business teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations, product) to understand their needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.
• Develop and manage the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis.
• Optimize the performance of BI tools and dashboards to ensure speed and reliability for end-users.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of BI reports, dashboards, and processes for internal use and training.
• Train and mentor junior BI analysts and other team members on best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Lead the development of predictive models, data visualizations, and other advanced analytics solutions to help guide decision-making.
• Ensure that all BI solutions comply with data governance, security, and privacy policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience working in Business Intelligence, with expertise in BI tools, reporting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and the ability to create sophisticated, interactive dashboards.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases, including data extraction, manipulation, and optimization.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools to manage data pipelines and integrations.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server).
• Deep understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with cloud-based BI solutions and platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, or statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, or similar).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing a team of BI professionals.
