Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to develop and implement personalized marketing strategies for our clients. You will conduct in-depth competitor analysis, monitor market trends, and craft data-driven strategies that drive results. Working closely with our media buyers, SEO team, and content specialists, you will ensure campaign success. If a campaign underperforms, you will refine and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized marketing strategies for clients based on their business goals, industry, and audience.
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis to uncover market opportunities and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with media buyers to optimize advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, ensuring a high ROAS.
- Work with the SEO team to enhance keyword rankings and website performance.
- Monitor landing pages, website engagement, and lead quality to ensure strong conversion rates.
- Develop creative concepts for digital ads, collaborating with video editors and project managers to enhance ad effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics in real-time, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- If campaigns underperform, reassess and refine strategies to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing tools, and emerging best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge strategies.
- Provide comprehensive reports via Monday.com, outlining performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital advertising, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in competitor research, audience analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, and Monday.com.
- Ability to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills to work with media buyers, project managers, and content teams.
- A proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Strong Customer Service Experience. This is a client facing position.
- Must be fluent or native English speaker.
- Must be able and willing to work 9am-pm EST time zone.Benefits
