Job Description Job Posting: Virtual Receptionist Position: Virtual Receptionist Location: Remote Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with the flexibility to work until 5:00 PM) Salary: $24 per hour + Monthly Bonus of $1000 for Target Achievement About Us: We are a dynamic healthcare practice committed to providing exceptional service to our patients. We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Virtual Receptionist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong desire to contribute to our organization's success. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, displaying excellent phone etiquette.
• Schedule appointments efficiently for patients, ensuring an organized and user-friendly process.
• Manage online leads and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide information and support regarding in-network and out-of-network insurance, including deductibles and copays.
• Offer basic descriptions of treatment options and associated pricing to assist patients in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within our scheduling system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets and goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff alike.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical receptionist, either virtual or on-site.
• Proficient in Nexgen EMR or similar electronic medical records systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of in-network and out-of-network insurance, including deductibles and copays.
• Ability to effectively communicate treatment options and pricing details clearly and confidently.
• Excellent communication skills with polished English proficiency.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
