The Opportunity

As our Senior Sales Operations Associate, you'll become the backbone of their lead generation strategy, optimizing our sales processes through sophisticated tech stack management. You'll be the wizard behind our HubSpot CRM, Outreach.IO, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that drives business growth.

What You'll Do

* Architect and enhance their CRM and tech stack execution

* Spearhead improvement projects that streamline sales workflows

* Create compelling reports and dashboards that tell our sales story

* Ensure pristine CRM data integrity across our systems

* Support the sales team with RFPs, capabilities presentations, and analytical insights

What You Bring

* 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales operations

* Advanced proficiency with HubSpot and modern sales tech platforms

* Data management expertise with strong analytical capabilities

* Excel modeling skills and Microsoft Office mastery

* Superior communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail

* Experience in healthcare/life sciences services preferred
