Position: Virtual Business Asistent
Isse are seeking a Virtual Business Assistant to support Business Development. The VBA will play a crucial role in business development, client communication, and administrative coordination.Requirements
The client has established an online exclusive global business network, where verified professionals and entrepreneurs connect, collaborate, and grow.
- Business Contact Management:
Research and identify potential business contacts in the UK, Enter and update contacts in the Leads‘ Pipedrive
CRM, maintain a well-organised database of leads and business connections.
- Meeting Coordination and Scheduling:
contact companies to arrange phone calls, online meetings, and/or in-person meetings. Organise and maintain a
structured calendar of activities, record meeting notes and maintain detailed documentation of discussions and
send meeting-related information, including presentations and summaries, to clients via email.
- Client and Order Processing:
assist in processing client orders efficiently and accurately and support new company registrations within the
community through the website.
- Internal and External Communication:
coordinate and communicate with the business developer our the world to align on key activities. Share project
updates with Virtual Assistants in other countries, particularly for business expansion initiatives and assist in
identifying and recruiting a Business Developer, working closely with the team.
This is a remote role.
Role and Responsibility:
This role is pivotal in ensuring Isee Community operates smoothly and maintains high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:

Skills:
- Compose and send professional emails to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Make cold calls to potential clients and business contacts to generate opportunities.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Take minutes of meetings, accurately recording key discussions and action points.
- Create presentations to support business proposals, meetings, and client interactions.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information for projects, business development, and client needs.
Working Hours & Location
- Hours: Monday – Sunday, how you choised.
Cmopletely Remote Position
- Your work will be home, train, coffeshops, from remotely, as long as they have a professional setup and internet.
Payment:
for each scheduled meeting, a reward of 30 Euros
for each scheduled call, a reward of 25 Euros
for purchasing a package, a reward of 33% of the package price, min. 2,000 Euros per month
for registering a new client, a reward of 20 Euros
