- Translate complicated concepts into clear, concise in-product copy with empathy and creativity
- Navigate ambiguity; not all projects will be clearly defined and it will be up to you to make sense of what’s unsaid
- Collaborate closely designers, researchers, engineers, marketers, data science, product managers, and other stakeholders across tech and ops
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities, making sure stakeholders are well-informed
- Champion the Lyft brand voice and style

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ideally you have hands-on experience in partnerships, growth, and/or loyalty product domains.
- A systems mind that considers not just copy, but the end-to-end user experience
- Ability to understand and discuss strategy, metrics, and results
- Comfort with ambiguity and change
- Experience with design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Knowledge of accessibility and ESL best practices
- A collaborative, proactive, growth mindset
All that said, even if you don't have all of the skills above, consider applying. Talent takes many different shapes.
