Medterra is currently seeking a Creative Project Manager. This position will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of digital creative projects, from planning to execution, across various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee timelines for promotional planning and creative collateral production.
• Collaborate with the D2C and Brand teams to map out project timelines and deliverables.
• Manage creative project boards on Monday.com for the Brand Team.
• Assist the Senior Art Director in managing expectations and workloads for the Creative Team.
• Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
• Allocate resources and ensure proper availability and utilization of both internal and third-party teams.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including key milestones and activities.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to the project team and key stakeholders.
• Adjust project scope and timelines as necessary to meet changing priorities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery.
• Foster strong communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with creative freelancers and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, particularly in an agency environment with cross-brand and multi-timeline experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative as a proactive self-starter.
• Expertise in pivoting and adjusting timelines to meet project needs.
• Experience in cross-department collaboration and managing diverse teams.
• Familiarity with meeting efficiency and agile Stand-Ups with core teams.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and brand marketing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Figma and packaging experience is a plus.
