- Provide comprehensive HR & OHS support to the team and management.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, including a HRIS system.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Assist in employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Develop and implement strategies for team development and retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs.
The Successful ApplicantA Successful HR Advisor Should Have
- Proven experience in a HR & OHS role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR/OHS best practices.
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
