• Provide comprehensive HR & OHS support to the team and management.
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, including a HRIS system.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Assist in employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Develop and implement strategies for team development and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Provide performance management guidance to line management.
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs.

The Successful ApplicantA Successful HR Advisor Should Have

• Proven experience in a HR & OHS role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR/OHS best practices.
• Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
