About The Role As an Employee Experience Specialist, you’ll play a critical role as a primary representative of the EOR team, delivering high-quality service and fostering positive relationships with external employees. You will support daily operational activities needed to ensure seamless processes and timely responses in assigned regions and countries. This includes handling tasks across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and accuracy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform essential day-to-day tasks related to employee lifecycle management.
  • Oversee the collection and verification of personal documents while ensuring GDPR and SOC 2 compliance.
  • Partner with the Senior Specialist to resolve low-complexity escalations.
  • Assisting employees with inquiries related to payroll, legal compliance, and onboarding.
  • Support the Senior Specialist and Employee Experience Manager in executing employee experience projects and initiatives, as directed.
  • Focus on maintaining high standards in all administrative tasks while contributing to Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores related to employee onboarding and service delivery.
  • Work closely with Payroll, Legal, and Client Success Management teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across processes.
  • Work on Zendesk, Monday.com and other platforms to track and manage your work independently and as part of the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in employee experience, human resources, or a related field, ideally within an EOR or global HR environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and execute them efficiently while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Customer-centric approach, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic or other European languages is a plus.
