Here’s to doing good things – together!How You Contribute To Our Success We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design of solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion across multiple touch points such as print, web, and digital design.Other responsibilities include project management and strategic planning skills and managing multiple projects and campaigns. This position is an integral part of the Marketing team, working closely with content strategy, demand generation, event support, and social media, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Product, and Business Development to refine and expand Navigate’s brand identity. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is pivotal in supporting marketing campaigns, driving demand generation to fuel the company’s revenue growth, and managing the Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive and visually impactful branding. It’s a dynamic, multi-faceted role that requires a blend of strong design expertise, creative vision, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Success in this role comes down to creating innovative, on-brand designs that truly connect with our target audiences and strengthen the company’s identity across every platform. It’s about delivering top-notch marketing and sales materials—like campaigns, website graphics, social media content, and event branding—that not only look great but help drive business goals. A strong senior graphic designer knows how to inspire and mentor junior designers, spark creativity within the team, and ensure all design work aligns with bigger business objectives.   • Be Navigate’s biggest brand champion by creating designs that truly reflect the company’s identity and brand guidelines.
  • Create stunning, brand-aligned designs that captivate and stand out on every platform
  • Create high-quality video content by working with cross-functional teams to design and produce impactful assets for various platforms. Use creativity and technical skills to craft compelling stories, enhance brand identity, and drive user engagement through excellent motion design and video production
  • Partner with the marketing team to create campaign materials, like display ads, whitepapers, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, and infographics that make an impact.
  • Support the sales and account management teams with engaging tools such as brochures, sell sheets, presentations, sales decks, and templates to elevate communication and strategies.
  • Strengthen the brand’s overall look and feel by designing website graphics, event branding, and maintaining a consistent style across all external materials by building brand templates.
  • Take on a mentorship role by guiding junior designers, providing creative direction, and aligning design goals with broader business objectives while managing high-priority projects.
  • Improve workflows and processes by simplifying approvals, setting best practices, and keeping projects efficiently tracked and documented.
  • Stay sharp with marketing tools and systems to keep everything running smoothly and effectively.
  • Use clear, confident communication—both written and verbal—to meet deadlines, ask the right questions, and follow up with care.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves to refine and improve creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to produce marketing campaigns and sales materials that hit the mark.
  • Ensure all design projects meet high standards by maintaining organized tracking systems and detailed project plans.
  • Work closely with the marketing leadership to bring strategic initiatives to life in ways that align with the company’s goals.
  • Stay adaptable and ready to take on new opportunities as they arise to support the team’s success.
  • Juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach, even under tight timelines.

  • You’re a pro at graphic design, with advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills and experience in both digital and print design.
  • You can whip up a variety of campaign assets—think display ads, whitepapers, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, and data-driven infographics—with ease.
  • You’ve got experience creating sales materials like brochures, sell sheets, sales decks, and templates that help teams shine.
  • You’re a strategic thinker who knows how to align creative work with big-picture business goals and emerging trends.

_Experience & Education needed for success in this role_Experience

  • Diverse portfolio with 5+ years design experience within an agency, company or related industry
  • Must be proficient in the following programs:
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hubspot
  • Video design
  • Jira, Highspot, Beautiful.ai, and Microsoft Teams

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications

Physical & Working Environment

  • Normal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
  • Position requires occasional bending, squatting, twisting and climbing stairs. There are minimal exposures to workplace hazards
