Junior Market Analyst

Job Description A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU For this business crucial role, you will have to possess strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. You will make a difference by helping some of the largest FMCG or T&D clients make the right choices for their growth strategies. You will partner with your colleagues to support the clients in discovering what is happening with their brands and what they should do to improve business performance.  You like working with numbers and finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient. Managing time and deadlines comes naturally to you. You want to understand how your work impacts your team and your clients, you are curious, engaged, and accountable. Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Min 1 year of experience in the FMCG, Retail, or T&D industry and/or related sales, category management, market research, data analytics
• Knowledge of NielsenIQ and/or GfK data and systems would be considered as an advantage
• An aptitude & desire to build trust and relationships with internal stakeholders, while being open to a client-facing role in future
• Strong numerical confidence, data visualization skills, and ability to translate numbers into clear insights and recommendations 
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, conditional functions, conditional formatting, chart building, and formatting), PowerPoint
• Fluent communication in English - verbal and written (at least C1 level)
• Knowledge of French, German, or Italian is an asset
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time  
• Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Comfortable working in a virtual environment
• Interest in the FMCG and/or T&D industry
