Job Description Location: Remote anywhere in Portugal As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the social media strategy for Cleanfox and Unroll.me to amplify brand visibility, grow online communities, and drive engagement globally. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s digital identity, creating high-performing content, and ensuring our presence on all major social platforms aligns with our marketing objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive organic social media strategies tailored to each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Align strategies with brand positioning, marketing objectives, and audience preferences
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and refine the brand’s social approach
  • Create and manage editorial calendars for organic content across all platforms
  • Oversee the production of engaging content (photo, video, graphics) that resonates with audiences and aligns with platform-specific trends
  • Write captivating captions and concepts, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging
  • Develop innovative content formats and campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and virality
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) across platforms
  • Generate detailed reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and social media innovations to maintain a competitive edge
  • Foster strong relationships with online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and managing direct messages
  • Monitor brand reputation on social platforms and proactively address any concerns or opportunities for engagement

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in B2C
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest)
  • Proven ability to create engaging social-first content and manage end-to-end social media campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar)
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with impeccable grammar and spelling
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Highly creative with a strong eye for design and trends
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
