RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Drive the Founder financial planning
● Represent the Founder with third parties and government agencies
● Manage vendor relationships
● Supervise billing, payroll, month-end, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and other relevant financial processes
● Supervise bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and identifying improvement areas
● Keep the company in compliance with applicable local financial and tax regulations
● Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
● Manage company liquidity, identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
● Coordinate the Founder's cash flow
● Oversee financial budgeting
QUALIFICATIONS:
● BSc/BA in Business Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a huge plus
●3+ years experience in financial roles
●Fluent written and spoken English:
●Proficient in Microsoft Office.
●Positive personality and team player attitude:
●Understanding of global citizen lifestyle;
●Entrepreneurial problem-solving approach;
●High level of personal integrity;
●Detail-orientation;
●Ideally, experience working with family offices
