Location: Remote, Georgia Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.Benefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K About The Job OneStream is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our company's website. This role requires a functional understanding of web development technologies and a willingness to learn and grow within the field. ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement website updates and new features.
• Ensure website functionality and performance across different browsers and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
• Support in training and assistance of users in the content management system.
• Generate reports using tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and GROQ scripting.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks for the upkeep of the website.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Required Education & Experience

• 2-4 years website development experience.
• A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Intermediate skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience with Sanity, Next.js, or Tailwind would be a major plus.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
