Paid Social Graphical Designer

We are looking to hire a Paid Social Graphical Designer, who can help us create high-converting ads for paid social channels like Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google and Email Marketing.

As a Paid Social Graphical Designer, you must have a foundational understanding of digital marketing, and what makes for a great & converting ad. You must also understand that the landscape of digital marketing ads, is very much based on trends, hence why you should always be on the lookout for new concepts to make.

As a Paid Social Graphical Designer at Profida, you are directly responsible for creating static imagery for an international client portfolio. These images will run in both paid ads and email marketing. Our clients are multinational businesses, that expect us to deliver, what we call the ultimate service. They expect proactive communication, ideation & dedication to their project.

You will play a very central role in helping our clients scale, with the help of your graphical designs. These designs immensely important as they heavily dictate performance.

In your day-to-day work you will be working in software like Notion, Slack, Canva, Figma and more. Having previous experience with these software is a must.

You will be in daily communication with the CMO at Profida, and other Performance marketers, and assist them in the ad creation part. You will also have certain comms with clients on a weekly & monthly basis. It is therefore important that you are fluent in English—oral & written.

Understanding concepts and tailoring concepts to each individual client is also something that will play a huge role in your day-to-day work.

You must have a considerable workspace wherever you live, as the job is fully remote.
