Full Stack Developer

We are seeking to partner with an experienced front-end developer to help create a web application for risk modelling. This isn't just any ordinary web app, it's focused on financial loss modelling using various statistical techniques.

Who are we? QRisk is a financial loss modelling software that helps cybersecurity managers and analysts with financial decision-making. Our tool is in early alpha development and we're looking to work with full stack developers that have experience:

• Learning and navigating software architectures quickly
• Integrating payment solutions, such as stripe
• Data structures and models
• Experience with FastAPI
• Can take UI/UX designs and implement them

Ideal for University students or recent graduates!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop an interactive, user-friendly front-end for a risk modelling web application

- Collaborate with UI/UX specialists and back-end designers to integrate APIs and data visualization tools

- Ensure the application is responsive and performs well on different devices and browsers

- Enhance functionality as needed, payment integration,

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in front-end development, specifically for web applications
• Familiarity with financial concepts and risk modelling
• Proficient in: React.js, python, Node.js, Prisma
• Python data and mathematical and statistical libraries such as SciPy, Pandas and NumPy
• Preferably understanding of CI/CD + Devops + related tooling (AWS, Docker, JEST, etc)
• Must be proficient with Unix

Prior start-up experience in a Devops environment advantageous, but not mandatory
