Business Analyst - Six Sigma

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV, etc.).
• Collect and analyze data to identify process inefficiencies, quality gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define process improvements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Use statistical tools and software (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SQL) to analyze data, create reports, and present findings.
• Lead process improvement projects from start to finish, including defining the problem, identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and measuring results.
• Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, explaining the results of analyses and recommending changes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements, conducting post-implementation reviews and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Provide training and support to other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Ensure adherence to Six Sigma standards and best practices during all projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, DMADV, Lean) and tools.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel, R, or others).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with project management principles and experience managing projects.
